Urban Bourbon Half Marathon

The Urban Bourbon Half Marathon runs through one of Louisville’s most scenic parks. Participants will receive a long-sleeve T-shirt, a unique bourbon-themed medal and admission to the party. At the finish line, participants have a bourbon tasting in the post-race lounge.

Race Info

Participant must be 21 years old on the race day to register. All registrants will receive bourbon samples, beer and hot food. The course will close at 12:00 noon (pace 18:00 minutes per mile). Walkers may participate, but must complete the race by 12 noon. 

The limit of participants in this event is 2750 people. Headphones are allowed, but for your safety you need to turn down the volume so you can hear the volunteers. Strollers and pets are not allowed on the course.

There will be 6 water stations on the course, where there will be clean tap water, and some stations will have an energy drink. All half marathon finishers will receive a medal. Winners among men and women and non-binary personalities will get a custom bourbon barrel. The top 3 men and women in each age group will receive an award.
