Trail Run at Sly Park

The course of the Trail Run at Sly Park follows trails around the lake through endless pine forests and oily horse trails. This run is held three times a year so that athletes can participate in the race in the park at different times of the year.

Race Info

Race day registration is available for an additional fee. The time limit: 5K – 1 hour, 10K – 1,30 hours, 8,5M – 2,5 hours, half marathon – 4 hours, 18M – 4,45 hours, marathon – 7,30 hours, 50K – 9 hours.

There will be 2 aid stations at opposite ends of the lake, which all runners over 10K will visit at least once. All participants will receive a medal for finishing the race. Military and first responders receive a 15% discount.

Headphones are permitted, but when you come to aid stations, it is recommended to take them off. It is also highly recommended to pay attention to the surroundings on the trails, which may be affected by headphones.

Course Map

You can find the course map and description here: tctruns.com. Most of the trails are single track roads with gentle hills, some areas are flat and wide. Small sections of the course are on asphalt. All races begin with an easy descent on a gravel road, followed by a very steep ascent on a single track trail. There are a few technical sections with lots of rocks and roots.
