Shoreline Marathon

The course of the Shoreline Marathon is mostly flat, two-loop. Half marathon, 5K and 10K distances are also available. The course is certified and also convenient for walkers. Runners will enjoy views of the Pacific Ocean throughout the course.

Race Info

There will be aid stations every 1,5 miles with water and isotonic. There will be no disposable cups at the event, there will be reusable cups that can be purchased on the day of the competition or when receiving packages or bring your own.

The marathon has an “early start” option for competitors who need a little more time to finish and still be part of the post-race party fun. The time limit for a full marathon is 7:00. All runners will receive: finisher’s medal, shirt, lovely bag, post-race chewing gum, reusable gift bag. Awards: The top 3 men and women overall and the top 3 men and women in each age group at each race will receive a special award. Competitors are invited to stay after the race for a party. Runners will receive free beer and a plate of street tacos.

The temperature here in July averages above 50 degrees and below 70 degrees, rain in July is a rarity. On race day, the average low temperature is 59ºF and the average high is 72ºF.
