The course of the Redwood Trail Run (Summer) travels through the beautiful Redwood Regional Park. Enjoy the spectacular views along the East Ridge and West Ridge trails and wind through tall redwoods on the popular Stream and Bridle trails.

Race Info
In an effort to reduce waste and litter, we hope to have your assistance in going cupless. We request that you bring your preferred means of containing fluids during your run and at the aid stations.
fully stocked aid stations every 2–6 miles. You can expect fresh fruit, salty snacks, assorted candy, water, and Clif Shot Electrolyte Sports Drink. If you would like to be sure that you have any other specific item at the event, you should carry it with you. Additionally, it is highly recommended that runners carry at least 20 oz. of water between aid stations.
T-shirts will be given to all pre-registered runners. All finishers will receive a custom medal, and 50K finishers will also receive a custom coaster. The top 3 male and female overall winners of every distance will win an award and race credits for future Coastal races: $50 for the 1st place, $35 for the 2nd, and $20 for the 3rd.
