The Medina Half Marathon is a running race in Medina, Ohio, consisting of the half marathon and 5K. All participants of the half marathon receive an individual finisher’s medal. All runners receive a T-shirt, bag and fun at the post-race party. 100% of funds raised go back to local charities.

Race Info
Medical aid stations will be available to runners throughout the course, and the aid tent will be set up at the start and finish. The half marathon and 5K awards will be available after the finish line (within 20-30 minutes). Awards will not be mailed. Age groups awards for the 5K and the half marathon will be given to the top 3 men and women. There will also be awards for the top masters at the half marathon.
For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed for the half marathon. Each of the pace groups will consist of two pacemakers in brightly colored PACER T-shirts. The total number of participants in the 5K race will be limited to 500.
Walkers are invited to run the course, but runners must cover the distance in 3,20 hours. The Medina is not flat terrain, and the second half of the course is steadily gradiented. Medina typically has mild weather in May with cool mornings. Dress for the weather is recommended.
