Folsom Lake Trail Run

The Folsom Lake Trail Run is one of those amazing trail races, whose appeal is accentuated by the lake-side trails that meander around much of the 75 miles of lake shore.

Race Info

This is a cupless event, meaning aid stations will not have paper cups available for runners to use. Each runner will be responsible for carrying their own water bottle or reusable cup.

The top three overall winners of each race distance receive a custom trophy with the race logo. All finishers receive a custom medal with the race logo. All 50K finishers receive a pint glass with the race logo. The Dead Last Finisher in each game even receives a custom award.

After the race organizers offer a broad selection of sweet and salty snacks, as well as fresh fruit and a diverse line-up of pre-packaged food options. There are also items off the grill.

The vast majority of the course will be run on moderately technical dirt trails. The course has gently rolling hills the entire way and fun twisty single- and double-track trails.
