Cleveland Marathon

First held in 1978, the Cleveland Marathon is one of the 50 oldest marathons in the USA. The marathon is Boston Qualifier and the Abbott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group World Championships Qualifier.

Race Info

The marathon passes notable and historical landmarks of Cleveland, OH, such as: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, FirstEnergy Stadium, Ohio City, West Side Market, Tremont, Playhouse Square Theater District, the Lake Erie shoreway, Great Lakes Science Center, and more.

All participants receive a short-sleeved T-shirt, goody bag, finisher’s medal, food and refreshments. There is an After-Party for all marathon runners.

The race has been held for more than 40 years.
