Since 1975 Canal Run is the main running event in Michigan, where people with different sports skills take part in a chosen distance—running or walking.

Race Info
The organizers provide commemorative T-shirts, water stations throughout the course, a medical station at the finish, unique awards and medals for the half marathon finishers, and free downloadable photos.
The top three athletes in each age group will be awarded.
The Kids’ Dash run is free for all children. The race is not timed and there are no age limits. All mini athletes will receive a Canal Kid’s Dash finisher’s medal.
