The Bay to Beacon Half Marathon is a set of half marathon, 10K, and 5K courses along the beautiful Lake Huron coast in Alcona County, Michigan. The half marathon features two state parks at the start and finish lines. Northern Michigan’s lakes and Native American history abound as participants begin their course at Negwegon State Park and finish at the historic Sturgeon Point Lighthouse.

Race Info
T-shirts and medals will be given to participants, as well as some other fun goodies.
After the race, some refreshments (bananas, granola bars, and water) will be provided by race volunteers.
The course is not closed to traffic. The course will be marked with cones, and volunteers will stand at crossroads and intersections where necessary.
