The US Half Marathon across the Golden Gate Bridge was founded in 2002. Today, the same team, now based in Oakland, worked with nearly a dozen entities over 11 months to make this dream — running the first half marathon across the Bay Bridge — a reality.

Race Info
Runners will enjoy amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and the San Francisco Skyline.
The runner’s pack includes a locally designed shirt, a massive medal, a branded beer glass, and Oak Run Co. merchandise. The participant’s photos are free.
There will be a pre-party with yoga, zumba, live music, DJs, and live entertainment.
