Wisconsin Marathon has a beautiful course along the Lake Michigan shoreline. This race is about the joy and fun of running and achieving goals, not just the competition.
Participants will enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline. All three courses will pass through downtown Kenosha and past parks and beaches.

Race Info
All participants of the marathon and half marathon will receive T-shirts and a bag of goodies. Finishers of the marathon and half marathon will receive a “Big Cheese” medal. All participants in the 5K race will get a race participant ribbon.
After the race participants will receive a bag of food (with cheese) at the finish line. You’ll be able to get a beer in the park using your beer ticket. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 men and women in all distances. First places will be determined by gun time. There won’t be an awarding ceremony after the first runners finish. There will be no awards in age groups.
Pacemakers will be present on the course. There will be aid stations with water, isotonics, toilets, medical personnel and volunteers about every two miles. Competitors are allowed to wear headphones, but it is advised to turn the volume down to hear any instructions from race officials.

The courses have the USA Track & Field (USATF) Course Certification. The courses begin and end at Lake Michigan, in front of the Kenosha Public Museum and the Civil War Museum. It will loop through downtown and residential areas.
