The Westy Half & 5k is a race in Westminster, Colorado, consisting of the half marathon and the 5K race. The course runs on a mixed trail of gravel, dirt and paved sections. Finishers on all distances will receive a medal. Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome.

Race Info
There will be 1 aid station at the 5K race. The half marathon participants will visit 4 aid stations twice for a total of 8 times. Water and electrolyte drinks will be provided at the start and finish area. It’s a run without cups. So, participants must bring their own bottle for water. Biodegradable cups will be used on the course.
Walkers are welcome. The time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes. There is an opportunity for an early start. Dogs, baby carriages are allowed. A child may participate with a parent. If the child stays in the stroller throughout the race, there is no need to register the child.
The top 3 men and women in the overall and the top 3 men and women in the age groups will be awarded prizes. Overall winners will be determined by gun time. Age groups will be determined by chip time.
