Trent Waldron Half Marathon

The Trent Waldron race is a way to remind people to think about Marcie Trent and Larry Waldron. Their spirit and love for running are out there on the trail with you.

Race Info

The half marathon course is relatively flat, with the out portion being a gradual uphill. The aid stations are located at miles 3, 5.5, 7.5, and 10.

The 10K race course start and finish line are the same as the half marathon. Aid station is located at mile 3.

The Trent Waldron Half Marathon and 10k will have awards for the top three male and female runners using an age-graded calculation. Age-graded scoring allows all individuals within an event to be compared to one another, regardless of age.

An early wave will be opened at 8 a.m. for participants who anticipate needing more than 3 hours to complete the course.

  • $40 and up – half marathon
  • $35 and up – 10K

Course Map

There is a fast, flat, out-and-back course set in beautiful Anchorage, Alaska. The race start and finish are at Margaret Eagan Sullivan Park, winding along Chester Creek and the UMed District.
