Thunderbird Trail Run takes place at Lake Thunderbird State Park. The courses of the event are fast, easy to run single track trails. There are virtual versions of the race.

Race Info
Active military and veterans receive 10% off registration. When a parent registers, one child 15 and under receives a free registration for the same distance or shorter. The time limit for all races is 18 hours.
Participants in the 100K distance will receive Thunderbird buckle awards. Organizers promise that finisher’s medals will be given to everyone, even those who can’t complete their distance. Children will receive a medal and a T-shirt.
For those who can’t attend the event live but really want to participate, there is a virtual race option.
