The Hamsterwheel

The Hamsterwheel course is easy enough. For those running ultrarunning for the first time, this is a great opportunity. Participants in the 12-, 24- and 30-hour races must have their own headlamps.

To find more races, check out our complete USA Running Calendar.

Race Info

The races will start at 15 minute intervals. The loop is 4 miles and is flat with one obstacle. Participants who run 100M will receive a special buckle in the shape of a hamster wheel with red zombie eyes.

One aid station will be located at the start/finish line offering water, electrolyte drinks, sodas, fruit, energy gels, food and more. There will be food waiting for runners at the finish line, and participants in the 24 and 30 hour races will receive breakfast in the morning.

Pacers are allowed on all courses except the 6 hour course. Only one pacer per participant. Dogs are not allowed on the course.
