The Flushing Meadow Half Marathon

The Flushing Meadow Half Marathon will take place in Queens, New York City’s second most populous borough, home to 2,3 million people and the highest rate of racial and ethnic diversity of any populated borough in the country. Participants will run on a relatively flat and fast course with two small climbs.

Race Info

You can pick up the starting package only on the day of the race. Each turn will be marked with cones and large signs with arrows. Volunteers will be on hand throughout the course to guide you.

Participants will get: a T-shirt, a commemorative finisher’s medal, free photos from the race, water stations every 1,5 miles with gels and sports drinks, large acrylic awards for the top 3 men and women overall and medals for the top 3 men and women in the age groups.

The time limit for the half marathon is 3 hours. To participate in the race an athlete must be at least 14 years old. Coaches, runners with children, bicycles, dogs, roller skates, skateboards are not allowed on the course.
