The Spring Memorial Half is a running race in Springfield, Virginia, consisting of a half marathon, 10K and 5K. All participants will get a T-shirt and a medal. Come enjoy the scenic trails on the lake. Walkers and wheelchairs are invited to this event.

Race Info
T-shirts are guaranteed to runners registered by May 15. All participants will get a T-shirt. Registration will take place on the day of the race also. There will be 8 water stations on the half marathon course. 3 water stations will be located at the 10K distance and one at the 5K distance.
Live results will be published on the timing website. Final race results with series points will be published on the race website on the Monday after the race.
The top 3 men and women overall will be awarded during the awarding ceremony after the race. There will also be awards for the first man and woman in the age categories. The top 3 overall runners are not eligible to win the age groups.
