Spring Dash is an annual race in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Proceeds from the race will go to the United Way of North Idaho organization. Participants will run through beautiful areas of the lake.

Race Info
Participants under 16 years of age receive a discounted registration rate for the 10K and 5K courses.
All participants will receive finisher medals, start numbers, T-shirts, and food at the finish line. The top 3 men and women overall and the top 3 men and women in age groups will receive special awards. awards will not be mailed.
Dogs are not allowed on the course. You can run with strollers, but you must line up at the end of the race.
