The event consists of the marathon, half marathon, marathon relay and 10K run, which follows a course that is a mix of downtown city streets and hills along the river. The races also take place on state park trails and sections of paved trail.

Race Info
The organizers will provide a drop bag. You can pick up your bag at the finish line. At the finish line, all participants will receive a race-specific medal. At the marathon, half marathon and 10K distances acrylic awards will be given to the top 3 men and women in the overall standings as well as to the top masters among men and women. The first finisher in each age group will receive a commemorative glass with the race logo and a beer. The top 3 finishers in each age group will receive ribbons. The top relay teams in the women’s, men’s and co-ed divisions will receive a gift basket.
After the race participants can enjoy music with a DJ and food, including fresh fruit and an assortment of sweet and savory snacks.
Dogs are not allowed on the course. Spokane is usually characterized by cool (and sometimes quite cold) to moderate weather in October. On the race day the average low is 38ºF and the average high is 63ºF.
