Slam the Dam is an early evening exciting run with the most beautiful places in Lake Lure, ending with ice cream and a refreshing swim in the lake.

The course is really difficult with lots of elevation changes. Free shuttle from the finish to the start is provided.
To get a T-Shirt participants should be registered till July 27, 2024.
The top 3 man and ladies overall and the top 3 in each age group categories will be awarded.
