The Sioux Falls Half Marathon passes through the city’s most famous Falls Park, which is built around the waterfall that gave the city its name. Each year more than 2000 runners and walkers cross the finish line in all races, including more than 1000 finishers in the half marathon alone. The organizers offer quality stuff, elite competition and a scenic course. There will be activities for the whole family, food, drink and awards.

Race Info
All participants will be transported by buses to the start of the race. There will be no parking at the start line.
Aid stations will be located every two miles along the course. There will be a volunteer team and pacers at the half marathon. No refunds or transfers for the other races are available. The virtual race option is not available.
The weather here in August is usually moderately warm, with temperatures usually ranging from the mid 50s to the low 80s.
