The Running With The Cows Half Marathon & 5K takes place on the country roads of a small town in eastern Kansas City. The terrain is mostly flat and fast, and for most of the race the run is on paved surfaces. Maintained course, friendly volunteers and post-race festivities.

Race Info
Participants in the half marathon and 5K race will compete for awards in age groups, overall and among the masters.
There is no time limit. Pets are not allowed in the race due to the scale of the race and the safety of other competitors. Strollers are allowed.
