Race Info
All major aid stations will be fully stocked with at least water, soft drinks, Tailwind electrolyte replacement drink, sweet and salty objects, sliders, sandwiches, and the full array of terrific Honey Stinger products. There will also be tampons available. The organizers will try to have hot things at night, like bacon, eggs, and sausage. Carrots and green leafy vegetables will also be available.
The fastest 100-milers will be offered real prize money, $75,000 in total, with a guaranteed $15,000 to the winners. There is also a Team Challenge with $5,000 for the winning team.
After the race, there will be a great post-race party with plenty of beer, burgers, veggie burgers, and salad, starting at about noon at the finish line. It’s free to runners and volunteers, and for an additional price to everyone else.
