This is Maryland’s premier trail running festival for the whole family. Athletes of any level will find the suitable race. A free cap is included in the registration for the half marathon, 10K and 5K participants. The annual half marathon will take place among challenging hills and scenic valleys. The course will force every runner to give his or her best.

Race Info
The half marathon, 10K and 5K runs are chip-timed. There will be 4 corridors of 50 people each at the half marathon, depending on the estimated finish time. Waves will start every 3 minutes. At the 10K there will be 6 corridors of 50 athletes, at the 5K – 3 corridors of 50 people.
There will be 3 water stations on the half marathon course, 2 water stations on the 10K course and one water station on the 5K course. An energy drink will also be offered on the course. Food for finishers will be available in the tent behind the finish line.
Awards will be given to the top 3 men and women overall in each distance and to the top 3 men and women in each age group. Strollers and pets are not allowed on the course due to the difficult terrain. The time limit is 3,30 hours. Manchester usually has cool or mild weather in October, temperatures average between 40 and 60.
