Ralston Creek Half Marathon

Ralston Creek Half Marathon & 5k is a fun winter race in Arvada, Colorado. The race course is a mix of car and bike paths. Overall awards will be given out at the awards ceremony, age group winners will be able to collect their prizes from the tent after the awards ceremony.

Race Info

The time limit for completing the race is 2,5 hours. For those who can’t meet the allotted time limit, there is a possibility of early start.

Aid stations will be located every two miles along the half marathon course. Water and an energy drink will be provided at the aid stations and gel will be available at some aid stations. There will only be one aid station on the 5K course.

Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners and to the male and female age group winners.

The start will be organised in waves. Waves 1 and 2 are for the half marathon. Wave 3 is for the 5K.

  • $65 and up – Half marathon (13.1 miles)
  • $30 and up – 5K

Course Map

You can find the course map and description here: racingunderground.com. The first 5 miles of the marathon are fairly flat. Miles 5 to 6,5 are gentle, with one climb. After that, the course goes downhill and stays flat until the finish line.
