Owls Roost Rumble Half Marathon is a run on the trails of Greensboro. The number of participants is limited to 500 runners. The race will be chip timed using disposable bibs.

Race Info
All participants will receive a T-shirt, finisher’s medals, food and drinks after the race. The top 3 men and women overall and the top 3 men and women in age groups will receive special awards.
Racers under 150 lbs. must have a 20 lb. backpack, participants over 150 lbs. must have a 30 lb. backpack.
The time limit for running a half marathon is 4 hours, for a 4M – 2 hours.
