The Northwoods Escape Marathon will be run on the Bearskin trails. The course is certified by an authorized Boston Marathon certification agency, starting with a gun so that all participants have the same start time.

Race Info
There will be 12 aid stations with water and isotonics on the course. There will be snacks, water, isotonics and beer at the finish line. The race will start with a gun, so everyone has the same start time.
The top 3 men and women overall will be awarded. There will be no awards for age groups in this race. All marathon and half marathon participants will receive a medal for completing the event.
There will be pacemakers on the course to set the pace for your level of fitness and ability. You will be able to find them at the start of the marathon and half marathon by the distinctive sign.29
