Norfolk Harbor Half Marathon takes place in Virginia’s second most populous city. Participants will see downtown Norfolk, historic neighborhoods and university campuses.

Race Info
Walkers are welcome at the races. The time limit for the half marathon is 4 hours (18:19 minutes per mile). Participants on the 5K course must maintain a pace of 20 minutes per mile. Pacemakers will be working on the course.
Energy drink and gels will be provided at aid stations. The use of headphones is allowed, but the organizers strongly recommend refrain from using them. Pets are not allowed in any of the races.
The weather in Norfolk in November is cool, especially in the mornings. November is the driest month in Norfolk. On the race day the average low temperature is 43ºF and the average high temperature is 60ºF.
