Muddy River Marathon is an annual race with many attractions on the course. The race course is relatively flat. There will be music and fun waiting for participants at the finish line. Proceeds from the race will be donated to local non-profit organizations.

Race Info
A starting packet will be available in advance or on the morning of the race. All participants will receive a finisher’s medal, T-shirt, socks and water bottle.
The top 3 men and women overall in the marathon will receive cash prizes (1st place $300, 2nd place $200, 3rd place $100). The top 3 men and women overall in the half marathon will receive cash prizes (1st place $150, 2nd place $100, 3rd place $50). The top two relay teams will receive cash prizes (1st place $400, 2nd place $200). Participants who set a new course record will receive $250 each in the marathon, $125 each in the half marathon.
The time limit for the marathon is 7 hours and for the half marathon is 5 hours. There will be 12-14 aid stations along the course where water and isotonics will be provided to participants.
