The annual Monterey Bay Half Marathon offers a magnificent course with several challenging climbs.

Race Info
The time limit for the half marathon is 3,5 hours (16 minutes per mile). Only those who finish before 3,5 hours will receive a finisher’s medal.
No more than 9000 qualified participants can take part in the half marathon. The age limit is 12 years and older. Animals, unofficial pacemakers, skates, skateboards, bicycles, wheelchairs, strollers, scooters, treadmills and children in backpacks are prohibited.
Water stations will be located approximately every two miles. Cash awards will be based on gun time, and age groups awards will be based on chip time. Awards in age groups will be given to the top 3 men and women.
