The Long View Marathon is a running event in Fort Collins, Colorado, consisting of the marathon, half marathon and 5K. These races showcase a unique cross-town trail connection.

Race Info
There will be 9 water stations on the marathon course and 4 on the half marathon course. There will be water, sports drink, gels and other snacks at the stations. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own water bottle.
At the start of each race, participants will be able to drop off a small bag. The time limit is 6 hours for the marathon and 5 hours for the half marathon. The top 3 men and women overall and the top 3 men and women in the age groups will receive awards custom made by local artist Amy Heyman and gift cards to local stores.
October weather on the Colorado Front Range can be somewhat unpredictable. Usually morning lows dip to 30 degrees and afternoon highs reach 60 degrees. Some years it snows, other years it reaches 80 degrees.
