Lake Chabot Trail Run is an annual Chabot Regional Park dirt fire trails race in Castro Valley, California. This is a great distance for beginner runners.

Race Info
The time limit for all courses is 8,5 hours. The course will be marked with tape approximately every 200 yards. At all critical intersections, there will be flags indicating the wrong path.
Fully staffed aid stations will be located every 4 to 5 miles, providing fresh fruit, salty snacks, candy, water and sports drink. All participants will be given T-shirts. All finishers will receive a medal and 50K finishers will receive a coaster. The top 3 male and female overall finishers in each distance will receive an award. The top 3 finishers in each age group will receive award medals.
Headphones are only allowed on sections of dirt roads, on single track trails, when crossing paved roads, when getting help at help stations or when crossing the finish line, headphones are not allowed.
