The Hospital Hill Run is held since 1973. It is a hilly and challenging race consisting of the half marathon, 10K and 5K distances. This is the event for the whole family!

Race Info
The race takes place on a long, narrow circular course. The course runs entirely on the paved surface of the city, there are few flat sections, and climbs and descents are very common. The total elevation difference is just over 180 feet. Running as part of a pace team is free. The time limit is 3,30 hours.
The marathon has grown from 99 participants to more than 5000 participants. After the finish line, there will be a celebration at Crown Center Square that you can join.
Kansas City has very warm and humid weather in early summer. Average temperatures range from 64 degrees to 83 degrees this time of the year.
