There is no asphalt at the Haulin’ Aspen Marathon. It is a trail run with epic views. With varying terrain and elevation, the cool pine terrain makes for a challenging and exciting run. 5,500 feet above sea level. Impressive single and double trails. Great souvenirs and a custom locally designed finisher’s medal.

Race Info
The trails can be dusty and rocky in places, and it can be very hot in the summer. There will be 6 aid stations on the marathon course. On the half marathon course – 3 aid stations and 2 aid stations on the 6,5M course.
The top 3 men and women in the overall and Masters categories will receive gift sets. All courses will be closed at 1 PM. Official results will be available as soon as you cross the finish line. After the race, participants are invited to the food tent, where there will be a large selection of fresh food and beer. The race will be followed by a celebration with craft beer and delicious food.
Dogs are not allowed on the course.

You can find the course map and description here: bendraces.com. There will be several elevation changes, so participants must be prepared for difficult terrain. There will be 700 feet of vertical climbing from 21,5M to 24M. All courses have their own climbs and descents.
