Hatfield McCoy Marathon

The Hatfield McCoy Marathon includes four different races, as well as a free Kid’s race. Every year several hundred runners cross the finish line in full and half marathons. The course will be manned by some of the world’s best water stop volunteers.

For more races, check out our Running Races Calendar across the US.

Race Info

This year the organizers are offering the opportunity to run the first or last half of a full marathon. There will be 26 water stops along the course with water, isotonic and fruit and 3 aid stations. All finishers will receive medals after the race.

The 5K distance is a very flat and fast course.

No parking at the start of the race. The first days of summer are usually mild to moderately warm, and June brings the wettest weather of the year. Organizers are always looking for volunteers for the race. Participants return every year thanks to the wonderful volunteers at the water stops.
