Goldy’s Run 10 Miles and 5K is an annual run in Minneapolis. Running with strollers is only allowed on the 5K course. Dogs are not allowed on the course.

Race Info
All participants will receive a finisher’s medal, T-shirt and chip timing. The top 3 men and women overall and in age groups will receive special awards.
Participants on the 10M course must maintain an average pace of 16:00 minutes per mile. Participants who can’t maintain the pace will be asked to leave the course. There will be pacers on the course to help participants reach their goals.
Headphones are allowed but not recommended.
