The GOAT Run is held for trail runners who enjoy lush green forests covered in moss and ferns, evergreen trees and flowers on the trails. After the finish line, you can eat, drink and relax on the shores of pristine Lake Crescent in Olympic National Park.

Race Info
All participants will receive a professionally organized event, a well-marked course, food and snacks at water stations along the course, great souvenirs, free shuttle buses to the start, chip timing and a post-race party including food and drinks.
There are 4 aid stations with water and electrolytes at the half marathon, 7 aid stations at the marathon and 8 at the 50K. The limit of participants at the half marathon is 260 participants, at the marathon and 50K 130 participants. The time limit is 7 hours at the marathon, 8 hours at the 50K.
After the race, you can grab a snack and a variety of drinks served on the lake shore. The top man and woman on each course will receive an award. There are no awards by age group and no finisher’s medals.The weather on the peninsula can change by the minute. Be prepared for sun, rain, flurries, drizzle, rainbows, fog, clouds and wind.

You can find the course map and description here: peninsulaadventuresports.com. The half marathon has 1,500 feet of elevation gain, 1/2 mile of dirt forest road, 8,5 miles of singletrack, 4 miles of dirt forest road, and 3/4 mile of sidewalk. The marathon has 3,500 climbs above sea level.
