Frozen Goat 30K, 15K and 4-Miler is a run in the beautiful Monte Sano State Park. This is a cup-free race, so all participants must bring a bottle, bag or reusable cup.

Race Info
The number of participants is limited to 300 runners. All participants will receive a T-shirt, finisher’s medal, soup and drinks after the race. Male and female overall, masters and age group winners will receive additional awards.
The time limit to complete the race is 5,5 hours. Dogs are not allowed on the course.
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.Average temperature in Huntsville AL on the race day is 52F.
