Frozen Gnome is a very challenging run in Crystal Lake. Participants will run on single track trails with lots of hills. Every year the slots for the race sell out quickly. Once slots run out, a waiting list will open up.

Race Info
At the start/finish line there will be a main aid station with hot soup, treats, coffee and other drinks. There will be only one aid station on the course without people with sports drinks.
All participants must complete their runs by 4:15 PM. The time limit is 8,5 hours for both races.
Pacemakers, dogs and crews are prohibited on the course.
