Flat Branch Ultras is a running race in Missouri, Columbia. Along the trail, participants will see the Missouri River and sheer cliffs.

Race Info
You will be able to pick up your starting packet on the day of the race or the day before. The time limit to complete the 100K course is 24 hours, to complete the 50K is 10 hours.
There will be 4 aid stations with water and electrolytes on the 50K course and 7 aid stations on the 100K course. Participants will be offered water, electrolytes and food at the finish line.
All participants will receive a soft, comfortable running T-shirt. The top 3 men and women overall and age group winners will receive additional awards. Awards will be presented at the finish line. Professional photos from the course will be available to participants free of charge.
