The Empire State Half Marathon is the flattest and fastest half marathon distance on the East Coast. All finishers will receive a big shiny medal and a tech T-shirt. Overall and age group winners will get cash prizes.

Race Info
Throughout the half marathon the course has 135 feet of elevation gain. The difference between the highest point (170 feet) and the lowest point (155 feet) is 15 feet, making the course flat.
Runners will be assigned to the corridors according to the estimated seeding time indicated during the registration. There will be water and isotonic at the aid stations at each mile.
Special medals will be awarded to winners in age groups. The first man and woman overall and age groups will receive $500, the second man and woman will receive $300, and the third man and woman will get $200.
