Race Info
Register yourself, send a link to your friends, and receive cashback. If 4 people register using your link, we will give you an “upgraded VIP bag”. The cut-off time is 17 minute per mile. Participants must be 12 years of age and older.
The average maximum temperature in early June is 75 degrees, low – 60 degrees. Water will be at all aid stations along the course. Wheelchair and hand-cycle athletes are welcome to participate in the EMC DAM to DSM.
After the finish line, there will be a great party at Cowles Commons.
