Drop13 Big Cottonwood Canyon

Drop13 Big Cottonwood Canyon is considered to be the fastest half marathon in Utah. The course descends 3,000 feet. This race is not only fast, but also beautiful. Finishers will receive 4-inch finisher medals.

Race Info

The races will be timed using chips on the back of the racing bibs. Participants will receive a T-shirt with a custom racing design and a finisher’s medal. The top 3 best men and women overall in each distance will receive plaques. The winners in the age groups will also be awarded.

At the finish line, participants will find water, isotonic, oranges, bananas, bars, cheese and sweets. If the temperature is above 60 degrees, then there will also be ice cream, if below 60 – hot chocolate. Photos from the race will be available for download free of charge.

Strollers are allowed to participate in the half marathon if they are strollers strapped to the runner. Dogs are not allowed on the course. The time limit for the half marathon is 10:00 AM.
