Dam Good Run is the New Waddell Causeway Run. Participants will run on trails along the shoreline and over the lake.

Race Info
All participants will receive a finisher’s medal or cup, T-shirt, well-stocked food stations and food at the finish line. The top 3 men and women overall will receive special awards. After the race, participants will have the opportunity to take a dip in Lake Pleasant after the finish line.
There will be aid stations along the trail every 1,6-5,4 miles serving water, electrolyte drink, sweet and salty snacks and fruit. The event will be cup-free, so each participant is required to bring a bottle.
At 15:00 all heats will be closed.
