The Cranky Crab races are provided by Ocean State Multisport, a multisport company based in New England that hosts USAT and USATF sanctioned road races, triathlons, and duathlons.

Race Info
There will only be water at the water stops, and some of the stops will be grab-and-go. There will be porta-potties on the half marathon at miles 4 and 8.
All online registrants will receive a t-shirt and a finisher’s medal.
Overall male and female winners will receive a plaque. The half marathon will have age group awards.

The 5K and 10K are both on flat, fast courses. The half marathon is pretty much flat for the first 5 miles and the final 2 miles. Between those are some small rolling hills.
The half marathon course has the USA Track & Field (USATF) Course Certification.
