Coastal Delaware Running Festival is the №1 race in the state of Delaware according to TripAdvisor. The race course is flat and fast.

Race Info
All participants will receive large finisher’s medals, a special gif, T-shirts and free photos from the race. There will be a party at the finish line with pizza, pasta, salads, wings and beer.
There will be aid stations with water and isotonics every 1,5-2 miles along the course. Gels will be available at some stations.
The time limit for the course is 6 hours 45 minutes (15:27 minutes per mile).
