Bigfoot 50k is one of the largest trail runs in the tri-state area. About 800 participants take part in the event each year.

Race Info
All participants will receive awards. The time limit to complete the 50K and 20M races is 8,5 hours, the 10M limit on Saturday is 8,25 hours, and the 10M on Sunday is 5 hours.
Awards will be given to the top 3 men and women overall and the top 3 men and women in age groups.
Water, sports drinks, gels, electrolytes, various sweet and salty snacks will be provided at the aid stations. There will also be refreshments at the finish line. The organizers recommend that participants carry water with them.

Course Map
You can find the course map and description here: runsignup.com. The course is a 10,4-miles loop with rolling hills on hiking and narrow-gauge trails. Total elevation gain on the 50K course is over 4000 feet. The 20M course is two loops and the 10M course is one loop.
