BHM 26.2 & Half Marathon consists of the marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K and fun run with an exciting new course. All proceeds from the event will benefit the only wish-fulfillment organization devoted exclusively to children in Alabama with life-threatening chronic illnesses.

Race Info
Registration includes a BIB number, official timing, T-shirt and prize bag, which will be available during packet pickup.
The aid stations will provide water and energy drink along the course. There will be refreshments and water at the finish line. There will be a party after the finish, with food and drinks for adults, a kids’ area and entertainment. Awards will be given to the top 3 men and women in the full marathon. Awards will be presented at the party.
No dogs, rollerblades, children’s treadmills, skateboards or bicycles are allowed on the course, except for the 5K and the fun run, where children’s treadmills are allowed. The time limit is 2 hours for the 5K and 10K and 6 hours for the full and half marathons. In the full marathon no more than 1500 people participate. The half marathon can have 2500 participants. The 5K and 10K and Fun Run have no limit on the number of participants.
