The course of the Barrier Island Ultra runs entirely on sand along the Gulf of Mexico. After the finish line participants can gather on the beach for an ice-cold drink and a meal.

Race Info
Registration will be open before the start of each course if slots are available.
All participants will receive a T-shirt and finishers a medal. Awards will be given to the male and female winners of each course.
Well-stocked aid stations will be located every 3-5 miles along the course, providing water, electrolytes, a variety of salty, sweet and savory snacks and basic first aid supplies. No cups will be provided during the run. Participants need to bring their own water bottles and fill them at the water stations.
