Bakersfield Marathon is a run in the heart of Bakersfield’s historic landmarks. A food and beer festival will be waiting for participants after the finish line. The marathon course is USATF certified and is a qualifier for the Boston Marathon.

Race Info
All participants will receive a T-shirt, finisher’s medal, breakfast, one free beer for participants 21 and older. All participants receive a finisher’s medal. The top 3 men and women in age groups will receive additional awards. The overall male and female winners will receive gift cards.
Children under 9 years old will receive $25 as their entry fee when they register for the 6K. Along the course there will be 15 aid stations with water and gels on some courses.
There will be pacers on the marathon and half marathon course to help participants achieve the desired results.
